About Purple Dragon Early Years, Bandar Mahkota Cheras
At Purple Dragon the focus is on learning through structured educational focused play and activities, rather than traditional lecturing and book work, as the play-based method has been scientifically proven to result in faster and more durable learning. We also overlay the UK EYFS development milestones structure to regulate critical early years physical, emotional, social and academic development. Our in house kitchen team supports healthy body and brain development through carefully crafted dietary menus from breakfast through to evening meal. We also have a comprehensive PE programme that balances outdoor and indoor activities and actively promote our "always learning all the time" philosophy in all activities, including play, exercise, eating and personal hygiene to create a fully immersive experience. Our primary educational medium is English but additionally we start Mandarin and BM learning from age 1 so that our students are prepared for any Primary choice parents may make. Our ultimate goal is to prepare children for their education journey by fostering a lifelong desire for knowledge and to teach them how to learn in any environment.

My 3yo wakes up excited to go to school every morning. She recently learned about percussion musical instruments and enjoyed playing the tambourine and maracas. Teachers send daily photos and videos of class lessons and activities. I personally like to see the science experiments taught and carried out by the children. I saw a recent lesson on the water cycle and colorful raindrops where teachers prepared the materials and my 3yo carried out the lessons with an excited face when experiencing the results first hand makes me happy.
My 2yo son love to attend to the school. I decided sent him to the school when he was 1yo, and I found he has growth a lot from the lesson and guidance provided from the school. He managed to express himself in term of feeling and demand which could be easily understand by the adults. Pretty sure he is enjoyable when around with the group of friends in the school.
We sent our daughter to Purple Dragon when she was just 8 months old, and now she’s already 3! It’s been such a big part of her early years, and we’re really thankful for everything the team has done for her. She picked up so many everyday habits and early ways of communicating, like the little “love hand” gestures and all the giggles and songs she’d come home with. It was clear she was surrounded by care and support. Huge thanks to all the teachers and staff who looked after her along the way. Wonderful Experience at Purple Dragon School! My 3-year-old son has been studying at Purple Dragon School, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. In a short time, he has learned to recognize all the alphabets,numbers ,colors, and so much more. I can confidently say that most of this learning came from the school. Beyond academics, the school has played a big role in teaching him good manners. He now remembers to say "thank you" when receiving something and says "sorry" when he does something wrong. These little things truly show the positive impact the school has had on his development. As parents, we are genuinely impressed and overjoyed to see the progress in our son.
