It goes without saying that young, malleable minds pick things up quickly from their environment, including languages. Mandarin is the main medium of instruction at MyGenius Kindergarten, whereby children are exposed to a Mandarin speaking environment everyday, through formal and informal ways. Other than Mandarin subject, math and science classes are also conducted in Mandarin. Hence, more than 10 hours of lessons are conducted in Mandarin each week at MyGenius! With such a solid Mandarin foundation during their critical growing years, it was found that more than 98% of the students at MyGenius were able to hold a conversation in that language with ease. Plus, the graduates of MyGenius are able to recognise at least 500 Chinese characters by the time they enrol into primary school.

Trilingual Mastery. Children are exposed to the three main languages of our country, Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. Our son, Ay Den, who is 5 years old, has attended MyGenius since he was 4. Before joining, he could speak but not read, and we hadn't taught him Mandarin or ABCs in detail. At home, we mostly spoke English, so we were amazed when he started conversing in Mandarin after attending MyGenius. Now, he can read and write in English and Mandarin, and he is progressing significantly. We have noticed remarkable improvements in his behaviour and independence. He has become more disciplined and capable of doing many things on his own. His learning has also advanced; he can read Mandarin words from flashcards, and his knowledge has surprised us. What we appreciate most about MyGenius is the programme and the attentive teachers who recognise and engage with parents. We value this personal touch, as we've heard of other schools where teachers don't even recognise parents after long periods. For Cyberjaya parents planning to send their children to a Chinese primary school in the future, we highly recommend MyGenius. It has been an excellent stepping point for Ay Den, who can now converse, read, and write in Mandarin, preparing him well for his future schooling.
Before joining MyGenius, he wasn't able to read and write in Chinese, and unable to speak Mandarin. After joining, he is able to write and speak in Mandarin. He learned to respect elders and understand more what he is supposed to do. He loves all the teachers. I like the cleanliness, safety and the trust towards the teachers. I don't have to worry during the pandemic. Teachers in MyGenius are passionate, caring, loving and patient towards the children. Thank you to all MyGenius teachers!
Before joining MyGenius, can't speak Mandarin. Now, she can speak Mandarin very well, loves to speak in Mandarin and can write. She loves to read now. Loves to try new things, love science and love to study. In terms of behavior, she's now more active and participative. She's more keen to try new things. I think its because of the variety of activities that the teachers have been providing. She loves Fridays, and excited about the art and craft, science classes. One thing we are very glad is even during MCO, nothing stops her. She still looks forward to the Friday and daily online classes! All credit to the teachers and the activities that the school has arranged. Teachers always ensure discipline is well kept. My kids are more discipline and independent now. Teachers are committed, responsive and easy to reach out to, very informative, very hands on with their job. Our trust in you have not been let down. We are glad we have been sending our kids to MyGenius. My 3rd child is now with MyGenius too! For parents considering MyGenius, there is no need to think twice. You can be sure that your kids are in safe hands. When kids come back home, we don't have to worry about their homework or do revision. It's just family time! This is what all parents need.
My son was never exposed to Mandarin before joining MyGenius. Since joining MyGenius, started to noticed that he could catch up with his Mandarin. He can even teach us Mandarin. He listens more, is more punctual and has improved in his social skills. friendlier than before. The syllabus is good. The service provided by MyGenius is the best as compared to other kindergartens, and the management communicates everything with us without us asking, keeping us updated. The teachers understand my kid well. If parents are planning to send their kid to SJKC, should send earlier, maybe when they are 3 or 4 years old. When send to MyGenius, the kid will do well in SJKC.
