Luminary Preschool is a warm and future-ready early childhood centre located in Bukit Jalil. We nurture children from infancy to 6 years old through a holistic, play-based, and values-driven learning approach. Our philosophy is inspired by Finland’s early childhood principles and the Reggio Emilia approach, where children learn best through exploration, curiosity, and hands-on experiences.

At Luminary, we focus on the whole child. Our programme integrates cognitive, social-emotional, physical, language, and creative development into daily activities. Children engage in sensory play, project work, storytelling, numeracy, art, music, movement, and outdoor exploration, building essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, independence, and teamwork in a natural and meaningful way.

We place strong emphasis on character building and early leadership. Values such as kindness, responsibility, empathy, and confidence are woven into everyday routines. Children are encouraged to express their ideas, work together, and develop the courage to try new things.

Our signature Kidspreneur programme introduces simple financial literacy and entrepreneurial thinking through age-appropriate activities. Children learn about basic saving habits, needs versus wants, simple trading, and teamwork—building creativity, decision-making, and confidence.

Our classrooms are designed to be calm, safe, and inspiring, featuring natural materials and open-ended resources that support exploration and independent learning. With small teacher-to-child ratios, our educators are able to provide personalised attention, gentle guidance, and meaningful interactions.
